GVM is expanding its services and now offers the following options as either half day or one day workshops.

Fire Response Plan/Strategy (our process facilitates the inclusion of residents/ratepayers as well as Council staff and Government Agency representatives)
Disaster Management Plan
Strategic Plan Review (1 day for a small group – may require longer for larger groups)
Setting Strategic Priorities (e.g. for Council; and/or areas within Council)
Financial and Asset Management Plans
Identification of Service Supply Options
Identification of Core Functions e.g. Business Areas, Council
Function Analysis
